Party near the pond
Using a playful and chaotic visual style, I aimed to reflect the heightened, otherworldly experiences festivals offer, moments that allow people to temporarily escape reality and step outside of everyday life. I have aimed to capture this sense of escapism in the map through layered chaotic and detailed scenes, surreal creatures, and a joyful, overstimulated atmosphere.
The map invites the viewers to get lost in its strange characters and detailed scenes, encouraging repeated viewing and curiosity just like wandering through a real-life festival.
